Focusing on the entrepreneurial demand of peasant-workers that returning home, is not only the need to improve the level of rural life, but also the need to promote the development of the home area of the returned peasant-workers, and to look for driving force of the new rural development. It is also the inevitable request of maintaining rural stability and improving the farmers’ well-off level life. From microscopic perspective, this article try to understand the entrepreneurial financial demand characteristics of the returned peasant-workers in China and the influencing mechanism of the related factors, through to investigate and research the entrepreneurial credit needs of the returned peasant-workers and related factors. On the basis of the former analysis, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions of financial supply are put forward.In the research, take the north, middle and south region of Jiangsu province that of different level of economic development as sample, and carry out the questionnaire and interview survey to migrant workers returned home, to obtain the first-hand accounts of migrant workers return home entrepreneurship in Jiangsu province at this stage, at the same time collect relevant research results at home and abroad;On this basis, summed up the current rural lending situation in Jiangsu province and the main characteristics of credit needs of the migrant workers return home entrepreneurship;Finally, take the empirical analysis to the influence factors of the credit needs of the migrant workers return home entrepreneurship by a path analysis model.This article main research conclusion is as follows:The entrepreneurial credit needs of the returned peasant-workers in Jiangsu province are in great demand, but the informal lending is also the main way of borrowing;The amount and time of borrowing and lending of the returned peasant-workers have significant direct effects on the choice of lending way;Venture investment scale has significant positive influence on the borrowing amount, loan time and choice of borrowing way, and entrepreneurial type has a significant effect on all three; Work experience impacts the lending way through social capitalindirectly, but only part-time job site affects the borrowing amount and borrowing time indirectly through business plan; Social capital has a weaker positive influence on the choice of entrepreneurial approach; The improvement of cognition and evaluation to the direct costof borrowing,the contract mode cash levels and the hidden costs isconducive to be adopted to this borrowing way by the returned peasant-workers;The returned peasant-workers that have more Economic capital, have more courage to borrow more funds to engage in entrepreneurial activities. This leads to the tend to extend the time of borrowing, and lending from the formal channels; The higher level of human capital, the more borrowing quantity,and the longer borrowing time, but the lower bank lending proportion.On this basis, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: Attaches great importance to the financial policy support and increase the formal credit supply; Strengthen marketdistinguish, and carry out the lending product differentiation; Docking business needs, improve the pertinence of financial support; Improve the level of cognitive appraisal and the acceptance of financing channels;The returned peasant-workers improve their capital stock and loan availability.
