At the turn of the century,China's economy has entered the transition period,the employment posts have reduced in the city and the problem of migrant workers has become increasingly serious.At that time,the flow direction of migrant workers began to reverse,many of them wanted to start an enterprise.This behavior not only can bring capital,technology and ideas to underdeveloped areas,but also create more jobs,which has become an important engine for the revitalization of rural economy.However,their lack of entrepreneurial ability gradually emerged with the increasing enthusiasm,which raised the risk invisibly.It was disadvantageous to the safe and stable development of rural industries.Chinese governments have timely issued a series of policies to provide intellectual support for returned migrant workers.“Notice of the Implementation of the Five-Year Action Plan for the Returned Migrant Workers' Entrepreneurial Training(2016-2020)” clearly requires that the training system should be closely combine with the needs of entrepreneurs.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the willingness of entrepreneurial training participation of returned migrant workers.Anhui Province is not only a great province of labor transfer,but also a farmer training pilot,so this paper takes Bengbu as an example.Based on the willingness of entrepreneurial training participation,the author uses the methods of Literature Review,Empirical Analysis,etc.to reveal current situation,problems and critical factors,and then putting forwards some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This article mainly consists of four parts:The first part introduces existing results,research direction and mentality.Then the paper defines some core concepts scientifically and expounds four correlative theories.This part is the theoretical basis of the whole paperThe second part is about the general situation of Bengbu,including the necessity of training and policy measures.And then,this part analyzing the main problems about training object,subject,content,teachers and methods according to the survey data and interviewing.The third part is the empirical analysis,which uses Binary Logistic Regression Analysis and results the deep-seated reasons,including marital status,vigour,training cost,etc.Finally,based on the theoretical analysis and empirical results,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize training mechanism in order to improve the satisfaction of migrant workers and the attendance rate of entrepreneurial training.
