A Research Of The Entrepreneurial Intention And Supporting Policy Of Returned Rural Migrant Workers In Jintang County Of Chengdu

Returned rural migrant workers are currently the hot issue of research during domestic public. Based on the background of the global financial crisis in2008led to a large number of migrant workers return home, the building of a new socialist countryside, the research of "entrepreneurial economy", we analyzed the entrepreneurial intention of returned rural migrant workers and supporting policy of Jintang County. We try to understand the characteristics of entrepreneurship, supporting policy system, the influencing factors of the entrepreneurial intention, problems and proposals.According to research ideas, the structure of the paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, describes the research background meaning, the research purposes, the research methods technology roadmap and innovations and shortcomings of this paper. The second and third chapters mainly introduce the literature review of domestic and international studies, some theories we learned from and defining the relevant concept. The fourth chapter describes and describes the situation of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship intention in Chengdu Jintang County. The fifth chapter analyzes the policy and related issues. The final chapter gives recommendations and conclusions.The paper integrated use of some classical theories,such as the population transfer process theory, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.We use the methods of literature data and empirical, the qualitative and quantitative analysis in order to comprehensive analysis the situation of entrepreneurial intention and supporting policy system in Chengdu Jintang County.The study found that the majority are married entrepreneurs. Most of them have junior middle school, senior high school and college educational levels. The fields of entrepreneurship concentrated in the food service and retail trade industries. The major enterprises are individual business, and have small or medium scale. Most returned rural migrant workers strong entrepreneurial intention.The entrepreneurial intention of males is higher than females and the young and middle-aged entrepreneurial intention are stronger than others. Unmarried personnel have enthusiasm of venture.The level of household income, the wage level, the successful entrepreneurial precedents have influence on entrepreneurial intention.The study presents the problems and suggestions based on the combination of surveys and empirical analysis.
