Research On Rural Urbanization Ecological Safety Issues

In this paper, the process of urbanization in rural ecological security research background, significance, current research, research methods and innovations to generalize, to explain the relevant theories of rural urbanization and ecological security, and thus the present stage of China’s rural towns ecological security issues facing the development process in the elaborate, explore the reasons for the existence of ecological safety issues in rural urbanization process in China and trying to propose appropriate solutions and countermeasures, our advice is to effectively promote the sustainable development of rural urbanization and recommendations.Produces the following ecological safety of the construction of rural urbanization process, including air pollution, industrial pollution, water pollution, waste of energy and resources, reduce the number of arable land, degradation, soil erosion, landscape destruction of the natural history of the original town and so on. The existence of these ecological security problems have severely restricted the urbanization of rural sustainable development. It is because of rapid population growth, environmental awareness apathy, irrationalindustrial structure, the management system is not perfect, urbanplanning unscientific, inadequate investment in environmentalprotection, urban-rural dual structure is irrational, imperfect laws andregulations, and performance evaluation and other reasons, resultingin the countryside series of ecological safety issues arise in theprocess of urbanization.Urbanization is a long, complex and arduous project, we need theguidance of the scientific concept of development, coordinating therelationship between urbanization and rural ecological securityamong the rural urbanization strategy and ecological securitybuilding strategies, to achieve ecological, economic and socialbenefits of the ideal development model of urbanization. In this paper,ecological security and coordination of relations promotingurbanization of rural areas made the following responses: adhere tothe principles of sustainable development, to establish a correctecological ethics; reasonable layout towns, efforts to develop theenvironmental protection industry; optimizing resource allocation,improve land utilization; protect investment in environmentalprotection, accelerate urban environmental infrastructureconstruction; promote the transformation of township industrialeconomic development, implementation of cleaner productionmethods; establish a "people-oriented" urbanization concept, to raisepublic awareness of environmental protection; strengthen leadership,improve the ecological environment monitoring governmentmanagement level; explore diverse forms of participation, effectivepublic participation in environmental governance. Thus, in the course of construction of rural towns, goodcoordination between the two rural urbanization and ecologicalsecurity, in order to make the process of urbanization in ruralecological environment will be improved to ensure that our ruralurbanization towards Intensive, smart, green, low-carbon direction.
