The Coastal Cities Evolution Of Land Use And Regional Ecological Environmental Quality Research During Urbanization

Throughout the world， China is in thegolden age of rapid economic development and that will have a strong demand for landutilization will make a profound impact on humans on the amount of intensity of land use，planning and way， so that the pressure of ecological environment construction， theecological environment present situation is not optimistic at the same time， the ecologicalenvironment protection cannot be ignored. In this situation how to do both achieve sound andrapid economic development， guarantee the economic development of the land demand，and keep the environment protection and ecological construction in environment， andimprove the ecological environment to promote social harmony and achieve sustainabledevelopment， This gives puts forward new requirements of urban ecological environmentand land use.Coastal city in Shandong province as one of the most important economic developmentzone in east China， especially the coastal city of Shandong province as the golden age ofrapid development of China， and the future development of the coastal city group inShandong province brings both opportunity and at the same time also brought new challenges.As regards the coastal city group in Shandong Province and that people have to begin torecognize the existing development modes of relationship between ecological environmentand socio-economic development to solve the conflicts between the limited land resourcesand social development. Based on Shandong coastal urban agglomeration as the researchobject， using the index evaluation method， factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method conducted a series of studies on the seven coastal cities in Shandong province，and put forward the scientific rationalization proposal for its resources， society，environment and economy， balanced and sustainable development.First， in-depth study of the current situation of land use and ecological environment and problems in constructing the index system of urbanization level of coastal city group inShandong province， analyzed the level of urbanization in the coastal city of Shandongprovince， the urbanization level were increased， but the degree is different， the highestindex of urbanization is in Qingdao， at0.825， Binzhou city urbanization comprehensiveindex is lower， at0.295. Then， through the study on regional land use change degree，speed， and changes in the scope of the three factor analysis describes the reasons of changeof land use in coastal city in Shandong Province， it seems that the forest land， industrialland， land for housing， landscape green space， and public facilities coastal city group inShandong are presented the varying degree rise，but cultivated land has decreased. The land-use changed shows that with the improvement of coastal city group in Shandong provinceurbanization， coastal cities there are changes in land use area is also inside. Finally，according to the coastal city of Shandong province land use analysis results and adopt themethod of index of evaluation of Bohai sea coastal city environment quality evaluation andthrough the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert scoring to determine the weight ofeach index， the results show that the composite index of coastal city group in Shandongprovince increased year by year. Through the analysis of the degree of municipal ecologicalenvironment， in2002， Weihai， Rizhao， Binzhou and Dongying city’s ecologicalenvironment is very poor， and in2011，Qingdao ecological environment to achieve highlevels， Weihai， Weifang， Yantai city， the ecological environment level reached higherlevel， Dongying， Rizhao and the ecological environment of Binzhou city level of general.While combine with land use and the present situation of the urban ecological environment inthe coastal city group in Shandong province， Link theory with practice of urban ecologicalenvironment development countermeasures and suggestions are given.
