As a great strategic choice for Chinese modernization development, urbanizationis an important part of which can promote the national economy and socialdevelopment. The urbanization construction has become an irreversible torrent. A waveof urbanization construction has also been set off throughout the country since thepresentation of new-type urbanization. However, in the past development, due to the objective reasons of economicdevelopment, together with weak public consciousness in ecological protection andmisunderstanding in the awareness and content of the urban ecological construction, the current ecosystem has become unbalanced. The fragility of natural environmentgave rise to people’s unlimited worries about nature and conflicts of interest in theallocation of resources, which can cause moral crisis among people and other seriousecological problems. In this regard,"in accordance with the requirements of scientificdevelopment, actively strengthen the construction of ecological civilization, takingintensive conservation, and green low-carbon development path" become an inevitablerequirement for China’s new urbanization construction. In order to minimize the destruction of the ecological environment of urbanconstruction, and to ease tensions between man and nature in the process of promotingurbanization in the future, as humanbeings that master the subjective initiative, weshould follow the principles of people-oriented, sustainable development, urban andrural development as a whole, and concretely do from the two aspects of administrativeguidance and public participation.
