The Problems And Countermeasures Eco-urbanization

Since the reform and opening policy in 1970 s, the rapid development of China's economy, rapid urbanization process. Profound changes in social structure, comprehensive improvement of urban and rural residents' living standards. But with the accelerating process of Urbanization, the problem of ecological environment has become increasingly prominent, haze, water pollution and some other public health events occur in different regions which affect and threat people's normal life. Development of traditional patterns of urbanization has given rise to constantly reflect on society. People demand more and more attention to the environment. How can the integration of the urban and natural environment and human becoming organic, to make the three factors can maintain sustainable development? This is the research of Eco-urbanization development's requirement and direction. Also it makes a important strategic significance to build a beautiful China.In this paper, with the title of "The Problems and Countermeasures of Eco-urbanization ". This dissertation introduces the background, the meaning of this issue and makes a review of related researches at first. Then from the relationship between new-type urbanization and eco-urbanization, introduces the theoretical basis of eco-urbanization: Theory of ecological civilization, Circular economy theory, Environmental carrying capacity theory, and introduce ecological thoughts of Engels and Marx. Then introduces the present situation of the development of Eco-urbanization in China, and classifies current ecological towns in China, also analyses the typical Eco-towns in China. Using ecological thoughts of Engels and Marx from three parts evaluates the problems and reasons in the development of Eco-urbanization in China. At last, through the experience of foreign ecological urbanization construction, discussing the countermeasures of promoting Eco-urbanization in China.
