With the advent of the information age, the knowledge workers have become theimportant resource in the enterprises, and they are also the foundation to the developmentof the enterprises. Knowledge workers have stronger independence, autonomy and creationability than general workers, which makes the knowledge workers have a higher sense ofself-realization. We can see that the turnover rate of the enterprises’ knowledge workers isincreasing, and the enterprises’ management and control problems become serious becauseof the features of the knowledge-type employees. Thus, it is important to allocate theknowledge workers to an appropriate job timely, which can improve the enterprise’s humanresources configuration optimization, improve the efficiency of work, reduce the costs, andincrease enterprise’s competitive ability.In order to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprises, a lot of large enterprisestry to introduce artificial intelligence optimization techniques into the enterprise. In thispaper, we studied the bacterial foraging algorithm which is an artificial intelligenceoptimization algorithm. The algorithm solved the problems of being easy to fall into localoptimal, and had a better global search ability, etc..By combining the theory and practice, and consulting a large number of relevantliterature and this paper consulted the literature from the object of study, solution andapplication field of these aspects were discussed. Depend on predecessors’ research, wecould see that the objects are become more and more complex, and in the solution aspect,more and more experts use approximate solution method, and on the application field ofstudy is becoming more and more widely. By finding out the advantages and disadvantagesof previous studies, we found it is necessary to use the bacterial foraging algorithm to solvethe problem of tasks allocation and scheduling for knowledge workers.Based on the previous studies, this paper has systematically analyses and summarizesthe difference between knowledge workers and general workers in personal quality, workability, personality characteristic, and value realization and so on. At the same time, we putforward the problem of this article and described it with simple words. In the modelingphase, by considering the cultural differences of each enterprise, the dynamics and diversityof enterprise environment and the difficult tasks assignment problem, we used techniquessuch as bacterial foraging algorithm realization to the enterprise management of humanresources. We built a mathematic model about how to manage knowledge workers’scheduling problems. And we set four projects which contains6tasks and completed by6knowledge workers as a case for simulation. And used the MATLAB software design a set of knowledge workers which based on bacterial foraging algorithm tasks assignment andscheduling system. Finally, we got the optimal value of the multi-objective programming,and the corresponding schedule about tasks allocation and scheduling for knowledgeworkers. At last, by giving the example analysis of the system, the experiment results showthat the average and the optimal value of target function is tend to be equal by using thebacterial foraging algorithm, and the result has a very good convergence. Bacterial foragingalgorithm overcome the drawback of falling into local optimum, and embodies theadvantages of good global search ability, improved the quality of the solution, the mostimportant thing is that it provided the scientific basis for the enterprises.The main innovations in this dissertation are summarized as follows:(1) In order to content the various requirements, we set up a multi-objectiveprogramming, and made it closer to the ideal state as far as possible. At the same time, weconnected the enterprise reasonable allocation of human resources with operations research,applied mathematics, artificial intelligence and computer science disciplines, this paper putforward the enterprise knowledge workers reasonable allocation problems, and constructedbased on bacterial foraging algorithm scheduling optimization mathematical model of theknowledge workers. And this method provided a scientific tool and method for enterprise’shuman resource.(2) We designed and improved a set of bacterial foraging algorithm simulation program,which provides a good solution for human resource scheduling algorithm. Throughdemonstrate a case, the debugging results have a good reference for enterprise’sdevelopment.It is important to deal with knowledge workers’ tasks allocation and schedulingproblems. Through study the problems, this paper provided a good solution for workers’tasks allocation and scheduling problems, and provided a new thought and method to solvethe problem of optimal configuration of human resources.
