Optimization Of Knowledge Workers Scheduling Under The Situation Of Collaborative Innovation

In recent years, with the increasing international status and the increasing economic strength, China has attached more importance to the goal of building a power of science and technology. But, as a rising power, our country has to improve the ability of science and technology innovation ability. So China is implementing a strategy of innovation-driven development.On the one hand, knowledge workers are the core resources to improve the national innovation ability. Reasonable scheduling of knowledge workers is helpful for reducing labor costs, improving employee satisfaction and job enthusiasm, so that knowledge workers supply better services for enterprise. With the deepening of the study of the optimization of the staff scheduling, now the staff scheduling problem has a great difference from the original, because there are great changes in the characteristics and demands of staffs, so the staff scheduling is becoming more complicated but closer to reality. On the other hand, Collaborative innovation as an innovative organization, plays a very important role in improving science and technology innovation ability. As a carrier of knowledge, knowledge workers play a decisive role in the collaborative innovation, they integrate relevant resources to achieve mutually beneficial goals. So this paper selects collaborative innovation scenario as the research background, and the knowledge worker scheduling is the research topic, in order to find a more scientific and effective knowledge workers schedule for the success of collaborative innovation.This paper reviews the relevant review of the staff scheduling; cards the classification, constraints and solving methods of staff scheduling problems, and clears the staff scheduling problem. Summarizes the characteristics of knowledge workers and knowledge worker scheduling under the situation of collaborative innovation. Then, the optimal scheduling of knowledge workers under the situation of collaborative innovation is defined, and the corresponding mathematical model is constructed. Due to the complexity of the problem, this paper adopts a new heuristic algorithm--flowing water algorithm to solve the problem. Finally, a case study was carried out to test the decision model with the simulation in the Matlab 7.0 platform.The result shows that the mathematical model and the method used are scientific and effective, which can provide reference for the optimization scheduling of knowledge workers under the situation of collaborative innovation and human resource management of enterprises.
