The Research On The New Rural Social Endowment Insurance’s Security Role Of The Rural Poverty In The Elderly

In the accelerated aging trend of our country,endowment problem and huge endowment pressure become one of the current important livelihood issues of social concern.In this context,the new rual social endowment insurance,as a policy which is benefit to agriculture,designed to protect the basic old-age life for rural residents.After more than two years of pilot operation and promotion,the effect of the new rual social endowment insurance have indeed achieved certain positive significance.This paper aim to examine the new rural social endowment insurance security role of the special group in rural areas,to understand the degree of implementation of the "inclusive"secrurity.Firstly,expunding the research’s background,the present situation and meaning;Secondly,define the related concepts of poverty,put forward some support theoretical basis;Thirdly,on the basis of comparing this new tpye insurance’s security role with the former,analyze the endowment situation and problems of the rual poverty in the elderly,and through the survey about the rural poverty’s satisfaction of the old-age security,focus on analysis and evaluation of the new rural social endowment insurance’s security role towards the elderly in poverty.Then, sum up the relevant conclusions, and make recommendations for improvement and opinions.
