The development of society needs the commodity circulation and the circulation of commodities leads to the emergence of logistics industry, to which we must attach great importance in the face of the rapid development of social economy. In this background, the logistics enterprises experience vigorous development as well as face difficulties and challenges. A company as a member of logistics enterprises, which has developed rapidly in recent years, has many technical experts who have been promoted and switched to the management channel. In this new field, they work very hard with diligence, but often could not achieve the ideal result. The most significant challenge is their leadership cannot catch up with the need of the organization development. With the continuous expansion of business scale, the responsibilities and requirements for middle managers are increasingly higher than before. How to become high-qualified middle-level management executives is an extremely urgent problem for them.This dissertation takes A company as an example to study the leadership of middle managers. The whole thesis consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction, pointing out that the logistics industry development puts forward higher requirements on the middle-level leadership. The second chapter is the overview of the leadership and assessment theory as well as the study feasibility. The third chapter is about the necessity and urgency of leadership enhancement based on the middle managers’leadership status of A Corporation. The fourth chapter focuses on the design and implementation of the middle-level leadership enhancement program, including three aspects of enhancement program of company level, enhancement program of individual level and safeguard measures of success etc. The fifth chapter is the final conclusion.In summary, according to the industry trends and company strategy and positioning, we design the assessment and enhancement of middle managers leadership of A company, aimed at cultivating their technical or business managers to company strategy implementers with comprehensive leadership qualifications. We hope that this study could provide some references and suggestions to promote the rapid developing enterprises’middle-level leadership.
