Since China’s accession to the WTO, commercial Banks face increasingly complex internal and external management environment, risk management level of ascension becomes more and more important for domestic commercial Banks. As a commercial bank credit risk is the most important risk, is the difficulty of management of the multiple points and risk events. Agricultural bank as "four lines" in the last completed shareholding reform of commercial Banks, after these years of development, corporate governance and operating performance greatly improved, the credit risk management of operation and development play a role, no doubt.In this paper, the concept of credit risk and other relevant theory, on the basis of literature was summarized and development in Ningxia agricultural bank credit risk management as the main line, closely around the commercial bank credit risk management, and connecting with the situation in Ningxia region, the market, the advantages and disadvantages in Ningxia agricultural bank credit risk management, as well as Ningxia agricultural bank’s achievements in credit risk control in a comprehensive and intuitive analysis, pointed out that Ningxia agricultural bank in the credit risk control problems and opportunities, and the future developing direction are discussed in this paper, puts forward the development direction of next stage and reasonable optimization scheme.
