Under the wave of knowledge economy,knowledge has increasingly become the strategicresource and the core factors of production of organization development. More and more scholarsand enterprise managers have recognized the importance of knowledge resources. And knowledgemanagement has become the focus of academia and business circles. The premise of knowledgemanagement is to acquire knowledge, however, knowledge sharing is the most economical way toobtain knowledge. It can promote knowledge transfer between different departments and employeesand improve the utilization of knowledge through knowledge sharing. Moreover, it has positivesignificance both to build competitive advantage and to ensure sustainable development of theenterprises. In order to adapt to the rapidly changing market and growing complex work, the teambecomes the main operation mode of the organizations. Knowledge sharing is particularly importantto enterprise research and development team as a typical form of knowledge innovation. Teammembers can provide information to other members and exchange experience to share knowledgeand resources. They work together to complete tasks. Therefore, how to implement effectiveknowledge sharing in the R&D team, is urgent problems to be solved for most enterprises.In the practice of the enterprise, there are a variety of medium such as lectures, seminars,knowledge-based system, intranet and e-mail, to communicate and share knowledge. Through thecollection and analysis of the related studies of scholars both at home and abroad, knowledgesharing media can be divided into three categories including face to face contact, computernetworks and written documents in this paper. And the impacts of different knowledge sharingmedia on knowledge sharing effectiveness have been discussed from the individual level of R&Dteam members. Considering the influence of trust in the aspect of individual psychologicalmotivation, this article introduces trust into the research framework at the same time aim atdiscussing the role of trust between knowledge sharing media and knowledge sharing effectiveness.On this basis, a conceptual model is able to be builded and the corresponding theoreticalassumptions are put forward. Then, this paper also presents a design plan involving the selection ofrespondents, questionnaire design, data collection and data analysis. Finally put the questionnaireinto force.In order to verify this conceptual model and research hypothesis, we analyzed empirically thesample data by SPSS17.0. It turned out that:(1) Face-to-face contact, computer networks, andwritten documents have significantly positive influence on affective trust.(2) Face-to-face contact and written documents have significantly positive influence on cognitive trust.(3)Affective trustand cognitive trust have significantly positive influence on knowledge sharing effectiveness.(4)Affective trust plays a role of partial mediation in the relationship between knowledge sharingmedia and knowledge sharing effectiveness, and cognitive trust also plays a role of partialmediation between knowledge sharing media(not including computer networks) and knowledgesharing effectiveness. This article carried on a thorough discussion about knowledge sharing media,and got a deeper understanding about the relationship between knowledge sharing media andknowledge sharing effectiveness. Consequently, our study has guiding significance for theknowledge sharing activities of R&D team.Based on the above conclusions, the paper provides some constructive Suggestions as follows.To begin with, it is necessary to develop effective knowledge sharing incentive mechanism. Second,build perfect knowledge sharing platform. Afterwards, create a kind of atmosphere of trust in team.At the same time, establish a relatively well-developed knowledge sharing system, and promoteknowledge sharing to be institutionalized. Last but not least, improve the knowledge expressionability and absorption power of team members. Hope to provide a good internal conditions andenvironment for the knowledge sharing of R&D team so as to obtain a better knowledge sharingeffectiveness.
