With the development of science and technology and the growing of market competition,how to deal with the ever-changing market environment has become the focus of enterprise management issues.Market competition is essentially the market share of competition,so the performance of the marketing team to become the most important.In this paper,the hotel marketing team as the object of study,interpersonal trust as an intermediary variable to study the impact of knowledge sharing on team performance.Through the review and summarization of the literatures on knowledge sharing,interpersonal trust and team performance,it is found that there are few studies on the influence of knowledge sharing on team performance and team performance,The Therefore,on the basis of predecessors' research,this paper studies the knowledge sharing,interpersonal trust and team performance,and constructs the research on the independent variables,interpersonal trust as the mediator variable and the team performance as the dependent variable model.Whether knowledge sharing affects people's performance through interpersonal trust is important to team performance management so that we can comprehend the mechanism of knowledge sharing on team performance and apply it to team performance management.Based on the mature scale,we designed the questionnaire of knowledge sharing,interpersonal trust and team performance of the hotel marketing team,and then investigated the SPSS19.0,which was the main research object of the first-tier cities in the north of Guangzhou and Shenzhen.,AMOS18.0 regression analysis and structural equation model analysis,the empirical analysis of the conclusions are: knowledge sharing to promote team performance has a direct positive impact;knowledge sharing and team performance there is still an indirect effect,Through interpersonal trust,this kind of intermediary variable,knowledge sharing has an indirect effect on team performance.It can be seen that team performance is influenced by interpersonal trust and knowledge sharing.Whether knowledge sharing can effectively promote team performance is a hot topic in academia and management,and the team performance of marketing team members is more concerned with many enterprises such as hotels.
