At the age of knowledge economy, in order to follow social changes, mission complexity and participation demanding of knowledge employee, the team already becomes the main operation way of enterprises. Teams have been applied in more and more enterprises to deal with the fast changing environment. Therefore, this research is based on the Relation between team trust, team knowledge sharing and team performance.After reviewed the literature, this paper finds that the researches in the past time paid a lot of attention to the point that team trust always promoted the team performance through three ways, these are mitigating conflicts, improving the mode of the conflicts and advancing the solidarity. That means there is a positive relationship between the team trust and the team performance. In the reach of team trust, the researches always focus on one aspect, few researchers do research in an all-around way. So as to discuss the relation between the team trust and the team performance further, this article uses the process variable named team knowledge sharing. The level of the team knowledge sharing concerns the whole team performance. This article tests the team trust in two dimensions: the trust among the team members and the trust to the team. Davenport (1997) believes that it is not real sharing if the knowledge is not absorbed after its spread. So this research tests the conditions of the team knowledge sharing in the way of knowledge absorbing and broadcasting. On the basis of the research of internal and external, this article prompts the framework of empirical research and use the team of Zhejiang private enterprises as the example to probe the relation among the team trust, team knowledge sharing and team performance. After the previous test in a small area, I modify the questionnaire. When the final questionnaire is decided, this research does a lot of questionnaire survey and uses the SPSS software to analyze the results. The purpose of this step is to clarify the relation among the team trust, team knowledge sharing and team performance, then we can provide the enterprise the academic support.The research has several conclusions. Team trust affects team performance significantly. Team knowledge sharing affects team performance significantly. Team knowledge sharing partly mediates between team trust and team performance.
