Study On Intensive Utilization Of Urban Land

In the process of urbanization, shift from extensive development model of urban land intensive utilization of road, is a city and the inevitable choice for sustainable development of the national economy as a whole.The18identified in the third plenary session of the party "closely around the construction of a beautiful ecological civilization of China to deepen reform, accelerate the establishment of system of ecological civilization, land and space development of sound institutional mechanisms, resource conservation, environmental protection".Intensive use of resource-saving, has risen for the country overall, fundamental and strategic tasks.Vigorously promote the work coincides with the urban land intensive use at present time.This paper in the research on land use dynamics and based on a review and clarification of the theory, study of Hebi city land-use issues, and provide reference for rational use of land.First, the papers in the theoretical analysis based on the major analysis of Hebi city intensive land use situation and characteristics of urban land use, include the development of high potential, high level of industrialization and urbanization, land use geographic differences are significant and large number of reserve resources of land and so on.On urban land-use structure and distribution, including land for settlements and mining, transportation, water conservancy facilities and unused land.Secondly, the paper on the evaluation of intensive land use in Hebi city, analysis of Hebi city intensive land use issues, such as population and contradiction of farmland, urban land-use structure, layout, unreasonable, and fragile ecological environment, underutilization of land, land for construction waste seriously.Finally, the thesis put forward suggestions for improvements in Hebi city intensive land use policies.The overall objective is to strengthen ecological construction, rational land use, under the premise of protecting farmland, guarantee the necessary construction land, especially important for basic industries and supply of urban ecological land use priorities such as transportation, moderate expansion of urban construction land.Measures to improve the policy of land intensive use in Hebi city, including: enhanced awareness of intensive land use, establish a new concept of intensive land use, building a livable city, adjustment and optimization of land use structure and layout, focus on city and enliven the recycling, improve utilization of existing urban land, intensive land use evaluation is not carried out regularly on a regular basis to enhance industrial land management, implementing economical and intensive land-use reward and punishment assessment policies. The innovation of this paper intended mainly for:through the analysis of urban land intensive utilization in Hebi city, identify the main factors affecting the level of intensive utilization of urban, establishment of intensive land use evaluation system in Hebi city, development of intensive land use policies for the Government, and establish a scientific, rational land-use management and decision-making system provides a theoretical basis.
