Study On Urban Land Intensive Use

With the acceleration of urbanization, city development demand for more and more land. We have a very large number population and not enough land, the national conditions ask us use land intensively. Many departments and scholars realize the importance of urban land intensive use. Study on urban land intensive use is helpful to the development of land use theory and land use practice. Firstly, the article explains the relative theories of urban land intensive use. Secondly I analyze the condition of land use of Shengzhou city. At last, I study the index and process for evaluation of urban land intensive use, and select the Shengzhou city as a case and evaluate its land intensive use situation. Evaluation results show that in Shengzhou city the degree of intensive land use is low. Based on the conclusion, I implement the measure tend to the urban land intensive use.There are six chapters in this paper.The chapter one is introduction, research background, purpose, research methods, and significance of the research. Some possible ideas of innovation are include.Chapter two introduces the basis of theories of urban land intensive use; it describes the characteristics of urban land use, the concept and meanings of urban land intensive use, the degree of the intensive utilization, and the land-use efficiency. And analysis of the impact of urban land use intensive factors.Chapter three, it introduces the Shengzhou City's geographic location, topography, climate conditions, Humanities tourism resources and economic development situation briefly. The analysis of Shengzhou city land use and its recent long-term demand for the various types of land and intensive land-use trends shows that there are some problems of Shengzhou urban land use.Chapter four contains urban land intensive use evaluation system design, the principles and methods of evaluation.Chapter five is the focus of this paper. First of all, establish the evaluation model, and then use AHP calculates the evaluation index weights. Based on the data, calculated the classification system of urban land intensive use, and gets the final urban land intensive use grade of Shengzhou city. Finally, the evaluation results are described, and analysis of Shengzhou city land intensive use low-level reasons. Chapter six contains the ways and measures of urban land intensive use of Shengzhou city.
