Evaluation Of Implementation Of General Land Use Planning For Erdos City

General land use planning is the important means of national macro regulation andcontrol of land management. Along with the construction of market economy systemand the innovation of government management system in our country, the general landuse planning becomes increasingly important during the economic and socialdevelopment. The third round of general land use planning （2006-2020）has played animportant role not only in the national land management work standard legal operation,but also the economic, social, and ecological civilization. In order to make full use ofthe planning to guide and control services, economic and social development, theimplementation of general land use planning revision is needed and the system ofplanning implementation evaluation should be built. According to the evaluation of theplanning implementation and analysis of the effect, the city can put forwardcountermeasures and Suggestions for the improvement of planning work.Based on system engineering theory and sustainable development theory as aguide, the writer put forward the general land use planning implementation evaluationindex system which includes three evaluation factors,29evaluation index, and by usingmathematical methods such as analytic hierarchy process to determine index weight andquantize evaluation results, the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method can bebuilt for comprehensive evaluation of planning implementation. And in Ordos City, forexample, according to the change of land use status data and the Ordos City economic,social, and ecological environment statistics, and based on the analysis of Ordos Cityimplementation in general land use planning and land use change situation, the paperobtained the Ordos City land use planning implementation evaluation results.According to the research, the evaluation results of the city land planningevaluation can exactly reflect the Ordos City land use planning implementation, and theestablished index system can be used for the evaluation of city planning. Andimplementation effect of the city land planning is useful for not only Inner Mongolia toestablish a scientific and reasonable evaluation method, but also for general land useplanning to obtain some scientific basis and optimization Suggestions.
