Research On Investment Decision-making Of M’s Heilongjiang Photovoltaic Power Generation Project

With the China’s rapid economic development, energy shortage is becoming worse andthe human environment is increasingly grim. The situation of China’s large population andlimited resources requires the fresh energy sources to apply adequate energy withoutendangering human environment. In order to satisfy the exploitation of human demand forelectricity, solar and other renewable energy sources have emerged under this circumstance.The Heilongjiang photovoltaic project of M Company is following the suggestions ofthe local government to explore the excellent solar power generation projects effectively, inorder to improve the local energy structure and ease the energy shortage situation.Based on the comprehensive analysis, demonstration, and evaluation of Heilongjiang PVproject, this research attempts to ensure its feasible technique, environmental allowance andreasonable economy. First, this paper introduces the research background the purpose andsignificance, research methods and technical route of Heilongjiang photovoltaic project in MCompany. Second, it makes brief literature review about this project including thedevelopment situation of Chinese PV market and the main design or report of Heilongjiangphotovoltaic project in M Company. Third, this research analyzes the financial indicators ofthis project with comprehensive analysis of its investment decision and external benefits. Thelast section generates the risk evaluation and sensitivity analysis of Heilongjiang photovoltaicproject in M Company.As a result, the Heilongjiang photovoltaic project has good economic feasibility,enormous social benefits, and controllable risk, it’s completely feasible to implement thisproject.
