Not only can business ethics benefit organizations, but also can promote the construction of harmonious society. Only the ethical companies can build to last, so we should find out any sources of unethical behaviors and prohibit them. On the basis of elaborate literature and theory research, we investigate employees from different types of corporations in China and try to find the effect of perceived organizational support on employees’ unethical pro-organizational behavior. We illustrate the impact mechanism from the perspective of cognitive psychology. Besides, we take the effects of organizational factor and personal factor on employees’ behavior into consideration. We find that:(1) employees’ perceived organizational support (POS) promote their unethical pro-organizational behavior(UPB);(2) corporate ethical value moderate the positive relationship, the stronger the corporate ethical value, the weaker the relationship between POS and UPB;(3) psychological ownership fully mediates the positive relationship;(4) employee’s moral identity moderate the positive relationship between psychological ownership and UPB, the higher the moral identity, the weaker the relationship between psychological ownership and UPB. In the end, we conclude the theoretical and practical meaning of this research; we investigate the defects and shortcomings of this research and point out directions for future research.
