With the social environment of promoting "civilization, dedication, honesty, and friendliness",people generally hope that they can become a person with higher moral standards, and hope that they will continue to approach the requirements of society and become a qualified citizen with morality. In fact, with the development of economy and increasingly fierce market competition in China, organizations often have some violations of morality and ethics because of excessive pursuit of economic interests. Therefore, organizational ethics issues have been refocused by academics and practitioners. How to prevent and control organizational unethical behaviors is particularly important and urgent.Exploring the causes and influences of organizational unethical behaviors has become a topic of common concern for researchers at home and abroad. The study found that unethical behavior depends more on social norms. In different social environments and different cultural backgrounds, people may judge whether the behavior is unethical or not. Some researchers found that unethical behaviors spoken by Chinese people refer more to uncivilized behaviors, while unethical behaviors spoken by Westerners refer more to harming each other's behavior. From this point of view,it can be found that unethical behavior is very necessary in different cultural backgrounds. It explores unethical behaviors in Chinese context. On the one hand,it can enrich the theoretical research system of unethical behavior of employees, and further understand and grasp unethical behaviors in China.Development mechanism in the context. On the other hand,in terms of Chinese management practice,in-depth discussion of the mechanism of unethical behavior of employees in enterprises is more conducive to companies to recognize the crux of the corporate ethics scandal and provide direction for positive improvement in the future. So far, there have been few in-depth studies based on Chinese contexts, and the study of unethical behavior has not yet formed a complete theoretical framework.Based on the social information processing theory, this study explores the influence mechanism of leadership bottom line mentality on employees' unethical behavior and constructs a regulated intermediary model. In addition, this study uses moral identity as a boundary condition to explore the role of moral identity in regulating the relationship between leadership bottom line mentality and unethical behavior.Firstly, through comprehensive review of the research results of unethical behavior, leadership bottom line mentality, organizational ethical atmosphere and moral identity, and related literature, the theoretical model of this research is constructed and research hypotheses are proposed.Secondly,it is distributed in many enterprises.Questionnaires were collected, relevant data were collected, and the collected data were analyzed and verified by SPSS 23.0 and Amos 17.0 software. Finally, the conclusions of this study were discussed, and the shortcomings of the research and the prospects for future research were pointed out.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Leader bottom-line mentality has a significant impact on organizational ethical climate. The leader bottom-line mentality is positively affecting the instrumentalism ethical climate, while the leader bottom-line mentality negatively affects the caring and rules ethical climate, which shows that the leader bottom-line mentality can easily promote the instrumentalism ethical climate, inhibit caring ethical climate and rules ethical climate.Formation.Enterprises need to train leaders to establish effective management thinking, and then to guide employees'behaviors correctly,so as to curb employee unethical behavior.(2)The organizational ethical climate plays a mediating role between the leader bottom-line mentality and the employee's unethical behavior. This conclusion indicates that the leader bottom-line mentality will contribute to or inhibit unethical behavior by forming an ethical climate that affects the moral judgment, moral decision-making and ethical behavior of the members of the organization.(3)Moral identity plays a buffering role in the process of organizational ethical climate affecting unethical behavior, and regulates the mediating role of organizational ethical climate between leader bottom-line mentality and unethical behavior.Explain that for employees with different levels of moral identity, the bottom line mentality of the leadership has different influences on the unethical behavior through the organizational ethical climate.
