With the increasing diversification of consumer demand and the rising manufacturing technique of automobile, the complete automobile enterprise is facing a rapidly growing and complex consumer market, so mass customization with the advantages of high-efficiency and low-cost is bound to be the future road of the automotive industry. For complete automobile enterprise, it must spend more time and energy on the purchase management of supply chain to achieve the aim of mass customization. So many studies and the fact show that purchase cost account for very great proportion among the supply chain system of the complete automobile enterprise. Therefore, under the environment of mass customization, it will have great significance for the complete automobile enterprise to make decisions of evaluation and screening component suppliers, determining the order quantity of component for car. It will improve their own competitiveness, reduce costs and get more profit for enterprise.The article discussed deeply the study of mass customization, supply chain management, purchase management, supplier management and purchase model from many scholars from different countries, and then we analyzed the purchasing characteristics of complete automobile enterprise,so we summarized that the key strategies to solve the question how to achieve the JIT purchasing at low cost under the environment of MC for complete automobile enterprise: Firstly, the complete automobile enterprise of wanting to achieve mass customization must establish strategic partnerships with suppliers. Secondly, it must determine reasonably the quantities of component for car to reduce purchase cost. Then when we faced the factors and indexes for the strategic partnership between the complete automobile enterprise and suppliers presented the model of supplier evaluation and selection under the help of the method of "1". When we faced how to determine reasonably the quantities of component for car presented two mathematical models:the one is predictive purchase model of Auto parts, for this model, we combined the features of automotive mass customization to optimize the EOQ through including the aspect of continuous supply and using. The other is how to achieve JIT purchase. The method is to combine the cost of supplier and the complete automobile enterprise under the strategic partnership. Then we integrated and optimized the model of EOQ and JIT by the method of Φ-of multi-objective. In the last, the article proves that the purchase model under the environment of mass customization can effectively reduce the purchase cost of the complete automobile enterprise compared to the previous model by the method of simulation analysis.The study shows that the optimized purchase model (including the supplier evaluation and selection model and purchase volume model) can help reduce the purchase cost of enterprise and also can effectively help the complete automobile enterprise achieve early the mode of mass customization.
