In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the market economy, theeconomic development of our country has achieved rapid development, but with therapid development, the "three rural issues" still can’t be solved effectively, thevulnerable groups position of the farmer has not effectively improved, the ruraleconomic development has still been lagging, the growth of farmers’ income is still verydifficult, the income gap between urban and rural areas is still large. The reason of ruraleconomy development lag: on the one hand is the small scale agricultural production,low level of technology; on the other hand is the underdeveloped circulation ofagricultural products, the lag of rural market construction. Agricultural modernization asone of the fundamental measures of Shanxi resource-based economic transformationdevelopment, is to utilize our own unique resources advantages of agricultural products,speed up the agriculture industrialization, increase the degree of aggregation ofadvantage and characteristics agricultural products, increase the scale of agriculturalproduction, invigorate the circulation of agricultural products, plan the integration ofurban and rural, develop the rural economy, increase farmers’ income.
