Research On The Construction Of Rural Circulation System In The Integration Progress Of Urban And Rural Of Shanxi Province

For a long time, the unbalanced resource allocation and the development policy of“attaching great importance to the city rather than rural”,“attaching great importance to theindustry rather than agriculture”, which make our country’s rural economic developmentseriously lags behind, the farmers’ income grows slowly, and the dual structure of urban andrural leads to the serious separation and opposites, making the Three Rural Issues become thebottleneck of China’s economic and social healthy development. The report of the eighteenthnational congress of the party clearly pointed out that the integration of urban and ruraldevelopment is the fundamental way to solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas andfarmers". Improve the systems and mechanisms of urban and rural development integration,and promote equal exchange and public resources equilibrium configuration of urban andrural. Urban and rural integration is through the integration of urban and rural markets, andbreak the long-time imbalance between urban and rural areas. So, during the progress of theurban and rural integration, we must develop the rural circulation of Shanxi Province,establish modern circulation system in rural, finally realize the integration of urban and ruralareas.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part discusses the background and researchsignificance of the article, and studies the scholars at home and abroad concerning about theintegration of city and countryside and the related research of rural circulation, combing withrelevant theory in this paper, puts forward the research route; The second part mainlyanalyzed the urban-rural integration and the relationship between the construction of ruralcirculation system; The third part, from the perspective of urban and rural integration,expounding the status of rural circulation system in Shanxi Province, and analyzes theproblems and reasons existed in the rural circulation system; The fourth part is based on thereality of Shanxi Province regional, and put forward the specific path in the process of urbanand rural integration in the Shan xi Province; The fifth part combines the theory and empiricalanalysis, which puts forward the policy suggestions of urban and rural integration from amacro level in the process of Shanxi rural circulation system. This paper adopts literatureresearch, combining theoretical with empirical research, and qualitative and quantitativeanalysis. During the analysis procedure, the author refers to the predecessor’s research resultsand related theory, and combines theoretical and empirical research, qualitative and quantitative analysis method, then from circulation subject, object, market system and themanagement service system etc proposed the construction of Shanxi rural circulation systemin the process of urban and rural integration of specific path, Finally put forward some policySuggestions. The innovation of this article is that use of systemic thought, which links urbanand rural together, from the perspective of urban and rural integration to study theconstruction of rural circulation system in Shanxi Province.
