On Rural Public Service Shaanxi Province Farmer Satisfaction

Nowadays, with the population aging increasing intensely and the working-age population declining dramatically in our country, the sustainable development of the current pension insurance system will be sorely tested, at the same time, the labor market will be facing a labor shortage and labor migration scale such as challenge. I imagine that if we can find a road which can guarantee the sustainable development of the pension insurance system and maintain normal operation of the labor market order, according to studying of correlation between our current pension insurance system and the labor market. This must play a quite important role in the next stage of economic and social harmonious development in our country.This paper starts from the present situation of our current pension insurance system and the labor market, analyzing the result of the current pension insurance system impacting the supply of labor, labor demand and the flow of labor, by qualitative and quantitative analysis of the correlation between design of our pension insurance system and the labor supply, labor demand and labor migration, and according to the constraints of the relationship, from the perspective of labor supply, labor demand and labor flow, put forward the policy suggestions for the improvement of our current pension insurance system. In addition, to promote the improvement of the pension insurance system, it also puts forward such relevant supporting policies. Through this paper we can clearly figure out the correlation characteristics between the pension insurance system and the labor market, therefore, in the reform of China’s pension insurance system in the future should fully consider its influence on the Labor market.
