The optimization and upgrading of the consumption structure not only reflects the consumption level and the improvement of consumption quality,but also it is an important basis on establishing a reasonable industrial structure and product structure and plays an important role on promoting coordinated and stable development of the whole national economy.Our country is in an important period to build a well-off society in an all-round way,industrial structure is facing the pressure of adjustment and reform,only according to the trend of the consumption structure changes to guide the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading,can achieve the growth of the effective supply,the present stage of rapid economic growth also can be sustained.This paper from Marxism classical theory of consumption and production, theoretically demonstrates the consumption structure and production structure has the identity.production structure decides the consumption structure,consumption structure reacts in production structure.Our country’s economy has been achieved by the seller’s market to a buyer’s market,the market demand has become a foundation for the formation of a new industry,consumer demand is the direct cause of industrial upgrading,and the consumption structure changes determine the direction of the industrial structure adjustment,at the same time it also determine the space of economic growth,play an important role on the whole national economy and industrial structure, so the consumption structure should and must become the basic driving force of industrial structure adjustment.This essay choose information entropy of consumption structure,fixed assets investment,employment,technology as the dependent variable, coefficient of industrial structure as the independent variable to establish regression model,it is concluded that the consumption structure changes is the most important positive factor in these variables influence on industrial structure.Our conclusion demonstrates the consumption structure can affect the industrial structure from the perspective of theory and practice,industrial structure should and must be adjusted with the orientation of the consumption structure,in order to fundamentally solve the contradiction between supply and demand of the buyer’s market.Next, this paper through building the recursive forecasting model, estimates the major categories of consumer spending date from2013to2020.Respectively forecast the consumption structure of each representative industry trends on eight class.Finally, the article points out to take some measures to adjust the consumption structure, so the consumption structure can develop towards to the trend we had expected.Through choosing appropriate industrial structure policy,We can promote the development of related representative industry.
