The supply chain finance is the integration of supply chain financial resources, organized by certain financial institutions or other financial service participants, providing personalized financial management solution services for the nodes of supply chains or the whole chain.The research objective is: the integration of information streams, cost streams and fund streams during the process of supply chain management. The commercial banks may provide solutions of fund stream management for supply chain and the e-business and the logistic enterprises provide solutions of the other two "streams".
