Since1970’s, enterprises have been in an increasingly fierce competition with the Opening and Reforming in market economy, accessing to WTO and entering international market. It has become a primary consideration to enhance enterprises’ competitiveness in order to survive the fierce competitions. Based on the competitive market, enterprises are faced with problems about sustainable developments. Managers are supposed to have strong leadership if the enterprise expects to survive the fierce market competitions and develop."Twelfth Five Year Plan" has clearly put forward the strategy of talent powerful nation. Now that enterprises’managers are one of the important parts of national talents, enterprises need to attach significance to the cultivation of managers. Meanwhile, as a core source of company competitive, creation is playing a more and more important role in enterprise development, thus enterprises in increasing numbers put emphasis on motivating and maintaining its creation which relies on enterprise managers. As a result, it is of great importance to research the leadership training and creation in enterprises.In modern enterprise management, as a general work mood, team which is commonly adopted by enterprises, greatly improve the business performance, and business performance is increasingly depending on the team leader and team innovation. Excellent enterprise always put leadership training and innovation in team to a strategic height. As the backbone of enterprises,-level managers are the main creators of enterprises’performance so enterprises pay great attention to-level managers’trainings. This article select management as the research object, focus on the relationship of enterprise managers leadership training and team innovation, under the aspect of team innovation atmosphere, reflection, this paper discusses enterprise managers leadership training’s impact on team innovation.There are mainly five chapters in this paper. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the research background, significance, methods and innovation, combines research thought and framework; The second part is literature review, which reviews the literature about leadership, leadership learning, team innovation and the relationship between the two therefore set up the theory foundation. The third part is study design; it builds the research model of relationship between leadership learning and organizational innovation and puts forward the hypothesis. The forth part is the empirical analysis, it designs questionnaires and test hypothesis though collecting data. Finally, summarizes the research, introduces the implications and limitations and make outlooks about leadership learning.This paper draw the following conclusions:leadership training is significantly positively related to innovation in teams, leadership training works on team innovation through innovation atmosphere, team reflect adjusts the relationship between leadership training and innovation. This paper analysis the connotation of leadership training and team innovation in details, built a leadership-innovation model, reveals the role of leadership training plays on team innovation mechanism based on the intervention role of team innovation climate and the adjustment role of team reflection. This paper suggests enterprise managers pay attention to build good team innovation atmosphere, improve team reflection, provide a reference for our country enterprise managers team management.
