The medical industry in China is growing very fast which leads to more and more competitions. Nearly all the medical companies just focus on the marketing strategy for doctors, because the doctors are the most important stakeholders within the sales chain. Medical companies achieve their sales goals by pushing doctors prescribing their products, however, no one consider pulling the market through the marketing strategy for patients. Throughout the study on the marketing strategy of OS medical company, I got the key conclusions:The marketing strategy only for doctors can’t help achieve good sales result, OS Medical should make the marketing strategy both for doctors as well as the end users (patients), OS Medical should look the two strategies as the same importance. The patients’ experience service is a very important aspect when making marketing strategy, the experience includes experience on the products and patients education. Place is a very important factor when making the marketing strategy for patients, The Strategy should be executed in a professional and patients trusted "place".
