The analysis objective of this paper is Neusoft Medical System Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to Neusoft Medical. Neusoft Medical is the only professional manufacturer which is able to produce the four major medical imaging equipments, the only "National Digital Medical Imaging Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center" in China and also the only sample of "national medical magnetic resonance imaging system industrialization demonstration project ", the only trusted Unit of "Spiral CT of national high-tech industrialization demonstration project". The Company has been working for the hospital to provide comprehensive digital solutions since its establishment in1998. Rely on a strong scientific research and innovation capacity into the market, Neusoft Medical has successfully developed and produced6categories and22types productions including full-body CT, spiral CT, MRI, X-ray machine, color, black and white super, HIS, PACS, multi-parameter monitor. At present, the products of Neusoft Medical cover not only more than20provinces and municipalities and autonomous regions all over the country, but also exported to Europe, American and other international markets.In this paper, based on a large number of research and primary data analysis on the company’s international market development and sales, PEST, SWOT and other tools were adpted to analyze in-depth on elements such as macro-and micro economic environment, competitive landscape, and then Porter’s five forces model was used to position the differentiation competitive strategy of international marketing, on which the strategy analysis on products, price and sales channel were based, for the purpose to position more accurate on the international marketing strategy. The article also talks details on the strategy implementation and control, and finally gives the research findings and future prospects.
