Related to the health of the nation, the medical industry is very important in the construction of a harmonious society and it attracts more and more attention along with the implementation of medical service organizational reform. Various ministries and commissions of China have promulgated a series of policy, laws and regulations in the recent two years. It becomes an important issue in front of the medical enterprise important issue of how to effectively handle the marketing and make sure the enterprise develop quickly and healthy in new policy and laws.The author analyzes the present environment and situation of the medical industry and proposes the marketing pattern transformation, and thoroughly analyzes the NCPC GENTECH's product using"SWOT". All products are repositioned and marketing strategy is rebuilt after thoroughly analysis of the NCPC GENTECH's product using"4Ps". Conformity and the management implementation is proposed after the analysis of the current sales team's organizational structure and management.To make sure the marketing strategy implemented smoothly, organizational structure should be improved, marketing mode should be changed and the management of the sales team should be enhanced.The author find the problem existing in the company now according the appraisal of the management and products'marketing situation, and hint a different strategy about goal-setting and Operation system transformation. On the one hand we must make every effort to lengthen the life cycle of the existing product the life cycle, on the other hand we must solve the problem of new strategic variety as soon as possible, and seeking the opportunity of reorganization and going on the market to complete the enterprise operation system transformation.
