Agriculture which is the first industry in our country plays the foundation role in the nationaleconomy. The way to handle the agriculture issue will have an important impact on economic andsocial development. Traditional, extensive way of agricultural economic growth, which lead to lowresource’s sustainable utilization rate, is not conducive to the sustainable development ofagriculture. Only by devoting major efforts to developing agriculture circular economy andchanging traditional, extensive agricultural economy development mode we will be able to realizethe agricultural sustainable development and promote economic and social sustainabledevelopment in an all-round way. Therefore, developing agricultural circular economy adjustingmeasures to local conditions, is the only and the most realistic way to achieve agriculturalsustainable development.By establishing policies and regulations, training technical personnel, investing stable capital,strengthening the natural resources, making good publicity education and measures, establishingsecurity system, Tai’ an use the existing resources advantage and industrial advantages to speed upthe pace of agricultural restructuring, and outstanding local characteristics further. The focal pointis to developing melons-and-vegetables, and livestock-and-poultry industries, to constructingquality agricultural production base, and to realizing the scale, specialization and standardizationdevelopment. At the same time, Tai’ an accelerate the comprehensive utilization of renewableresources and promotes the" three a pool "mode actively. The city also introduces, test,demonstrate, and promote the practical agricultural new technology. Tai’ an promotes measuringsoil fertilizer technology vigorously and control agricultural non-point source pollution forrealizing the development of agricultural circulation economy rapid and healthy. Based on theanalysis of the actual Tai’ an agricultural economy development and the agricultural circulationeconomy theory, we draw lessons from good area’s experience of domestic and internationalagricultural cycle development, puts forward some useful countermeasures and suggestions.The main contents of the study included five parts:(1) Preface. This part mainly expatiates the background, research significance, domestic andforeign research present situation, the research train of thought and main content and research methods.(2) Research on the relevant theories of Agriculture circular economy. This part is the theorypart reviewed, summarized the circulation economic theory, agricultural sustainable developmenttheory, and agricultural ecology theory, also introduces connotation, characteristics, basicprinciples of agricultural circulation economy.(3) Strategic significance, development course and the present situation analysis ofdeveloping Tai’ an agricultural circulation economy. We expounds the development of Tai’ anagricultural circulation economy strategic significance in four aspects, and to analyze thedevelopment condition of Tai’ an agricultural circulation economy using the SWOT analysis, andcarrying on the comprehensive evaluation.(4) Construction analysis of Tai’ an agriculture circular economy development mode. First wesummarized agriculture circular economy development mode, and then divide the Tai’ anagricultural circulation economy in regional system, at last reviewed agricultural circulationeconomy development pattern types which can be reference for.(5) The countermeasures and measures on Tai’ an development of agricultural circulationeconomy. According to the Tai’ An restricts the development of agricultural circular economy bigfactors, and puts forward corresponding Suggestions.
