The Research On Modes’ Innovation Of Agricultural Circulation In Inner Mongolia

In recent years, with the promotion of agricultural technology and the gradual implementation of preferential agricultural policies of the state, China’s grain production has been greatly improved. It did not realize the desire to reduce the selling price of agricultural products and increase farmers’ income; Instead, the strange phenomenon of "two crying, laughing in the middle" appeared in agricultural markets. At the same time, some other reasons are further exacerbated by the conflict between farmers and markets, such as the contract between farmers and market instability,"the last mile", the quality of agricultural products. How to build an efficient, convenient and safe agricultural transport corridors has important practical significance, this problem not only related to the income of farmers and herdsmen, but also related to the sustainable development of agriculture and "food safety issues" solution. Therefore, this paper takes Inner Mongolia agricultural products circulation pattern as the opportunity to solve the defects existing in Inner Mongolia and even the nation by the innovation of circulation mode of agricultural products.This paper consists of six chapters, the first chapter is introduction. The second chapter is the theoretical basis, based on defining the circulation pattern of agricultural and livestock products, establishes the analysis frame of agricultural products circulation pattern by path dependence, transaction cost and system theory. The third chapter takes France, Japan, India as a reference object, identifying the circulation patterns of Chinese agricultural and livestock innovative inspiration. The fourth chapter based on the analysis and performance evaluation of Inner Mongolia existing agricultural products circulation pattern, analysis of the plight of the existing circulation patterns of agricultural and livestock faced. The fifth chapter is innovation of Inner Mongolia agricultural and livestock products circulation mode, constructing "virtual currency" mode, analyzing of the key factors in the model, putting forward some measures to ensure the running mode. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text and puts forward the prospect of research.In this paper, using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate modes’ performance of "Self-producing and self-marketing","Agricultural trade market" and "Leading enterprise" existing in Inner Mongolia, we find that Inner Mongolia agricultural products circulation mode is facing the problem:low circulation organization degree, high circulation cost, weak infrastructure bidirectional during farmers and enterprises, high agricultural products prices. therefore,"virtual circulation mode" is to take the fourth party logistics company as the core in the virtual organization, through the support of computer technology, form a complete system of agricultural cooperatives and virtual organization, implementation of agricultural and livestock products price supply and demand, such as planting, timely sharing of information, in order to save the transaction cost, a circulation model of stable market relations, it can walk out of predicament to guide farmers, enterprises and market. In order to guarantee the operation of "virtual currency" mode, we must break the inertia of the system, increase investment about introduction of the talent, perfect the law system and strengthen the supervision.
