Differences And Basic Research Area Economy Urbanization In China

The development of urbanization in china showing obvious regional difference including remote urbanization and semi-urbanization is deeply effected by historical foundation as well as social institution. Flowing population as the principle part of urbanization shows low level of social integration. It is necessary and urgent to promote social integration of semi-urbanization population. The development of urbanization requires economy growth and industrial structure upgrade from the perspective of economic development. So content of economic foundation needs to be redefined.Based on the research of relevant concepts and theories of urbanization as well as economic development, this paper utilizes coefficient of standard deviation, variation coefficient, Entropy weight method and so on to product the research. Firstly, the paper clears the regional characteristics, tendency, effective ways of urbanization including remote urbanization and semi-urbanization. And then it defines the factors of economic foundation from the perspective of cost-revenue model taking completely urbanization as the target. Finally, it discusses the spatial characteristics and effects of economic foundation and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows.(1)The characteristics of future urbanization are as follows, the development of urbanization will continue steady from the point of quantity. Completely urbanization is the theme to future urbanization from the point of quality. Integration of semi-urbanization population is the effective way to future urbanization.(2)The economic foundation of urbanization includes three levels namely economy, structure, benefits. Economy has effects on reducing urban social costs by improving economic quantity and enhancing expenditure capacity of financial. Structure expands capacity of cities and town by upgrading industrial structure and optimizing financial expenditure structure. Benefits enhance personal revenue in cities and towns by realizing mutual benefit of micro level and macro level.(3)The support level of economic foundation is seriously lagging behind the level of urbanization. Benefit is the main driving force to the development of urbanization, at the same time the effects of financial expenditure structure are emerging during the period of rapid urbanization in china. But industrial structure as supporter of employment shows indistinctive effects which explains that the lagging of employment structure limits the development of urbanization.
