The Research On The Regional Difference Of Maturation-degree Of The Cooperative Development Of Urbanization And Regional Economy In China

The coordinated development of urbanization and regional economy is theimportant guarantee of sustainable economic growth in China,due to the specialindustrialization and the limitation of system arrangement,at present,urbanization lagsfar behind the development of regional economy in China.Academic circles mademany efforts to resolve the problem,but the research mainly concentrates in theinteraction of urbanization and development of regional economic as well as themeasurement of the coordination degree of urbanization and development of regionaleconomic,and few people directly analyzes the synergy degree of urbanization anddevelopment of regional economic,based on this,this article introduces synergy theoryresearch to study the relationship between urbanization and development of regionaleconomic in order to do some beneficial exploration for the problem.First of all,the article analyzes the theoretical mechanism of the coordinateddevelopment of urbanization and regional economic,mainly including the analysis ofconnotation of urbanization, the coordinated development of urbanization andregional economic,the interpretation of the characteristics of the coordinateddevelopment of urbanization and regional economy,the analysis of the oreticalfoundation of the coordinated development of urbanization and regional economy,thediscussion of the theory analysis and mechanism of the coordinated development ofurbanization and regional economy and the definition of the cooperativedevelopment maturity;Secondly,from the angle of system theory, the article builds theevaluation model of maturation-degree of the cooperative development ofurbanization and regional economy based on the system evaluation model of thecooperative development maturity to analyse the coordinated development ofurbanization and regional economy of twenty-nine provinces in China from1993to2012with the aid of SPSS software and the principal component analysis method bythe use of the evaluation method,the comparative analysis method and clusteranalysis.Based on the empirical analysis,this article draws the followingconclusions:Firstly,the maturation-degree of the cooperative development ofurbanization subsystem,the regional economic subsystem,urbanization and regionaleconomic system are increased year by year,and the maturation-degree of the cooperative development of urbanization subsystem is generally lower than regionaleconomic subsystem,urbanization and regional economic system from1993to2012inChina;Secondly,in terms of twenty-nine provinces,the level of the coordinateddevelopment of urbanization and regional economy has improved greatly,but these aresome significant differences among different provinces,and are increased year byyear;in terms of three areas, the level of the coordinated development of urbanizationand regional economy also gets improved greatly,but three features clear differencesin cascade and differences are increased;In terms of three region,the three major areaswithin differences among provinces,among them,the most obvious differences amongprovinces in the eastern region, followed by the west, the central region differencesare minimal in recent twenty years in China;Thirdly,the clustering distribution ofmaturation-degree of the cooperative development of urbanization and regionaleconomy of twenty-nine provinces appears two small middle big clustering "featured"structure characteristics and overall level of maturation-degree of the cooperativedevelopment of urbanization and regional economy of twenty-nine provinces is stilllow and shows a larger gap among different provinces in recent twenty years in China.Finally,according to four aspects of strengthening regional cooperationmechanism to narrow the gap among regions;deepening reform of the systemto toprovide institutional guarantee for the development of urbanization;optimizing theindustrial structure to promote the construction of new type of urbanization based onindustry and concentrating on the regional urban agglomeration to boost the newurbanization construction based on the growth pole.This article puts forward policysuggestions on the coordinated development of urbanization and regional economy inChina.
