In the process of the enterprise development, talent is the most impotant part. Go up century evening, the globalised economy developed rapidly and knowledge structure expanded, the core and essence of enterprises competition is switched to the cultivation and introduction of talent. All the enterprises reach an agreement that have to pay more attention on the talent. Internal training is the most important way to improve the quality of staff. It ensures the supply of talents. Now, the theory and practice of modern economic managemen has explored in this area. The reasonable and scientific training system is the firm backing for getting talent. In this thesis, author analysis this problem by his real work.Based on the practice and theory, this thesis uses YT, that belongs to Shaanxi yanchang petroleum, as the example to research and anlysis the urgency and typical of YT employee training and the meaning of enterprise’s staff training. It systematically discussed the enterprise training system establishment and how to solving this kind of related problem. In this paper, its main line is designing an effective and advanced training system for YT company. At first, it starts with analyzing Strategic Planning and business development, combined with the theories of human resources and training, and concluded characteristics of the training of YT company and the existent problems and the causes of its staff training system. On the basis of mirroring the experiences of the advanced training of domestic and foreign enterprises, it proposed the design ideas of the new training system because of the seven outstanding problems of the training system. The thesis designed the detailed and improved training system which relates to training requirements, training planning, the training manners, organization and implement of the training, the evaluation of training effect. In conclusion, it Analysised the specific supporting measures of training system.
