Municipal engineering is the basic project of national urban construction,and its quality directly relates to the development of the country,and closely relates to citizens’ travel life.With the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises must have clear strategic goals and talent reserves if they want long-term development.The competition between enterprises turns into the competition of talents.Training is the primary way to solve the problem of talents.First of all,this paper starts from the meaning of training,analyzes the characteristics of training,points out the advantages and disadvantages of traditional training and network training,and then studies the classification and methods of training,discusses the training process,works on training needs analysis、training plan formulation、training organization and implementation、training effect evaluation and analysis.Secondly,based on the development of Tiexi municipal group and the status quo of training,the paper analyzes the main problems in training:single trainees,weak attraction of training;Lack of content and form of training courses;inadequate evaluation of training effect and unsystematic training.Thirdly,employees are classified into management employees,first-line employees and second-line employees through these problems.Then,literature review method,questionnaire survey method and interview method are adopted to understand the real training needs of employees,and training content design and training effect evaluation design are respectively carried out.Finally,the training effect is evaluated by using the K irkpatrick four-level Model.To ensure the effective implementation of Tiexi Municipal Group’s 2020 employee training program,several safeguards are proposed,specifically:striving for the support of senior managers,establishing a sound training organization and training rewards and punishment system,strengthening the construction of corporate culture,building a learning organization,and ensuring that training funds are in place and dedicated.
