Enterprise culture and Leadership behavior are always hot topics in research field. Enterprise culture theory, originated in the seventy or eighty’s of the last century. USA’s economy suffered under strong impact of the Japanese economy high speed development. Japan, had recovered from the effects of the war yet, and succeeded in exceeding and becoming the second strongest economy in the world. In seventy, USA specially sent a group of experts to Japan to explore the reasons for Japan’s economic success. Japanese enterprise management and organizational culture, caused America business circles and theory circles rethinking the entire way you do business and how you run your organization, and has published a large number of books about the enterprise culture.Leadership theory, also after half a century of development, such as the traits theory, behavior theory and the contingent theory, has been trying to explain the effectiveness of leadership from the aspect of leader’s essential quality.AS we all know, it can be found, leading to the enterprise, in the strategic management, decision making, using, motivation, communication, positioning plays a very important role in many areas of the enterprise’s development. In reality, enterprise culture and leaders play an indispensable role in enterprises and the performance of enterprises is the collaboration of enterprise culture and leaders. So people begin to concern the relationship between the leadership and the enterprise culture, if the leader can shape the corporate culture with its own characteristics for the enterprise, in line with the business development strategy, will help to improve enterprise performance.In particular, this article used the method of sampling and survey, and studied the case of Inventec Electronics, to explore the relationship between leaders and enterprise culture. Based on the cases mentioned during the analysis, this article summed up the reasons from the leader how to create a company (Inventec) the perspective of corporate culture. Inventec is one of the world’s biggest electronics contract manufacturer by Taiwan-run. This article reveal Inventec, in the development process of more than10years, how to overcome the raw material cost, labor cost, loss of talented people and many other negative effects, build their own core competitive edge of enterprises.
