The21st century is an era of multi-culture interaction. As a kind of soft power, Culture is becoming more and more important in the enterprise development and competition. It has become a more and more important source of enterprise innovation ability and pillar for the economic and social development. Whether Contemporary Chinese enterprises cultivate their own featured culture and allow them work or not, will determine its viability in the21st century. Culture pushes forward extensive and profound changes to enterprises. With the guidance of Marxist humanistic theory, based on the situation of Chinese enterprise reform and development process, faced with the new background of the dual competition from domestic and foreign advanced enterprises in the process of perfect socialist market economy of contemporary Chinese enterprise especially state-owned enterprises, how to build and enterprise culture management system and mechanism Chinese characteristics, and make them a relatively long-lasting core competitiveness has become the trend of corporate development and management of the era.To establish enterprise culture management institutions and mechanisms with Chinese characteristics with the guidance of Marxist humanistic theory has theoretical and practical significance for Chinese enterprise reform and innovation. Firstly, the human-oriented management culture is a global topic of the times, enterprise culture management emphasizes the consistency of the organizational goals and individual goals, the synchronous growth of organizations and individuals, Which form the "win-win" situation. The management focus turned to how to create a free and relaxed environment for knowledge workers, which not only value the people and mobilize the enthusiasm of the people to realized self management, the polymerization and sharing decentralized knowledge, but also benefit for the development and well-being of the people, human’s comprehensive free development. Secondly, building the new paradigm of enterprise culture management with Chinese characteristics is a fundamental requirement for Chinese enterprise. We should review the humanistic management thought based on Chinese civilization and China’s economic reality. We should find the modern cue of realizing traditional ethics spirit and humanistic spirit. We must strive to build a new paradigm of enterprise culture management with. Chinese characteristics. Thirdly, we will explore how to solve the global problem of the "inefficiency".I believe that the establishment of human-based enterprise management thought system with the guidance of Marxist humanistic theory embodies the combination of Chinese enterprises and the modern enterprise system, which is not only the core of building enterprise management system with Chinese characteristics,but also promote the cause of socialist construction and people’s free and comprehensive development, Which will promote the common development of the people and businesses and break the low efficiency of enterprises fundamentally during the process of transition to a market economy and homogenization of enterprises.Based on the Marxist humanistic theory and Chinese conditions, this paper discusses enterprise management culture construction and development with Chinese characteristics. It analysis the theoretical studies and practical experiences of international renowned scholars and businesses, the ancient Chinese management thoughts, traditional culture and their influence to modern enterprises, criticizes and inherits the human-oriented management thought of ancient China, and explores the enterprise culture management patterns and laws with Chinese characteristics abiding by the principle of integrating ancient and modern, Chinese and Western.The full text consists of introduction and six chapters. The Introduction introduces the background, purpose and significance of this thesis and sums up the theory and practice of domestic and foreign academics and entrepreneurs, domestic and foreign Marxist humanistic theories, Based on this, the paper explains the main research ideas, research methods and innovations.The first chapter summarizes Marxist humanistic thoughts, including its origin, its main content Marxist human thought, which is consist of the thought of human reality, essence of human, people’s freedom, people’s needs, people’s all-round development and human resource management. On this basis, it reveals the essence of Marxist humanistic thoughts and its guidance and significance to the construction of people-oriented modern enterprise management culture with Chinese characteristics. That is,"people-oriented" is the soul of enterprise management culture construction,"people-oriented" management culture construction is the goal and development tendency of it, focusing on scientificalness, practicalness and development is its basic method and trail of thought.The second chapter analyses the resources of modern enterprise management culture construction. With the economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology, we should actively learn Western enterprise management theories when constructing the Chinese characteristic modern enterprise management culture, which Includes the historical development of western enterprises management culture and the main content of humanistic management. We also inherit goodness of traditional Chinese management culture and Chinese management culture at modern times, disclose its "people-oriented" management thought and its enlighten to our enterprise management culture, such as patriotism, sound concept of justice and benefit, value harmony, cultivate oneself and security to the people, it make good use of and the reunification economic and social benefit, the spirit of people-oriented and innovation of management,..The third chapter analyses the theory of practice of new china’s enterprise management culture construction, summarizes the theoretical and practical achievements and shortcomings during the period of socialist transformation, planned-economy, and the transition from planned-economy to market economy. It also explores some major evaluation Standard for modern enterprise management culture construction, such as core values of enterprise, employee recognition、enterprise social accountability、product reputation、 learning-oriented enterprise、enterprise competition ability of science and technology.
