The Path Designing For The Agricultural Technology Entrepreneurial Enterprises To Integrate Into The Process Of Agricultural Modernization

Issues of agriculture, countryside and farmers have been a major concern of the central government. In the recent ten years, the annual No.1Central Document all focused on these issues. This shows the determination of government to develop the agriculture. Furthermore, reports delivered at the17th and18th National Congress of the CPC have both put forward to promote the development of agricultural modernization. Therefore, there are a number of opportunities for agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises to develop. However, the agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises have only developed for a short time, so they have not been deeply integrated into the process of agricultural modernization. Thus they could not develop well and promote the development of agricultural modernization. Therefore, studies on agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises’integration into the process of agricultural modernization are the key points to improve policy effectiveness, and it is the primary problem to be solved in the process of promoting the development of agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises and modernized agriculture.This paper mainly studies the agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises based on the theory of agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises and theory of agricultural modernization. It has deeply studied the characteristics, constitute elements, development status and existing problems as well as the reasons of the agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises. Moreover, the factors affecting the agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises’integration into the process of agricultural modernization are divided into10aspects. Then, this paper has constructed a index system to evaluate the status of agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises’integration into the process of agricultural modernization, and found out the bottleneck that restrict the agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises’integration into the process of agricultural modernization. At last, it has done the path-planning for the agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises to deeply integrate into the process of agricultural modernization.This paper has drawn the following conclusions based on the analysis of empirical results:(1) it has defined the concept and basic category of agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprise;(2) it has pointed out the current problems in agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprise such as large demand for talents, financing difficulty and inadequate support from science and technology achievements;(3) it has put forward ten factors that affect the agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprise’deep integration into the process of agricultural modernization;(4) it has found out the advantages and constraints of agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprise’deep integration into the process of agricultural modernization;(5) it has put forward suggestions from seven aspects to help agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprise deeply integrate into the process of agricultural modernization. The paper is divided into seven chapters:Chapter1:Introduction. The introduction part describes the background, purpose, meaning, relevant research review, research ideas and methods, as well as the possible innovation of this paper.Chapter2:Relating Theories. This part mainly introduces the related theories of agricultural modernization and the agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises; intensively explores the characteristics, elements and types of the agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises.Chapter3:The Status of the Agricultural Technology Entrepreneurial Enterprise. This part mainly describes the general situation, status and existing problems of the agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises in China.Chapter4:The Dimension Construction of Agricultural Technology Entrepreneurial Enterprises’ Integration into the Process of Agricultural Modernization. The evaluation index system of the agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises’integration into the process of the agricultural modernization is built based on the previous chapters.Chapter5:Empirical Analysis. This part designs questionnaire on the basis of the last chapter. Then the survey results are analyzed by empirical method; conclusions are drawn at the end of this chapter.Chapter6:Path-planning of Agricultural Technology Entrepreneurial Enterprises’Integration into the Process of Agricultural Modernization. This part is the summary of the above theoretical analysis and empirical study. It designs the path for the agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises to integrate into the process of the agricultural modernization, and put forward several suggestions from the perspective of government and the agricultural technology entrepreneurial enterprises.Chapter7:Conclusions. This part has summarized and discussed the whole paper, and the results obtained in this paper are briefly reorganized. In addition, the author has proposed the deficiency of this paper and given the outlook for future research.
