The Research On Enterprise Cooperative Innovation Symbiosis Model:Based On Enterprise Life Cycle Theory

Establish the innovation system of enterprises, colleges and universities, what as background of market. Strengthens ability of cooperative innovation, improves the overall benefits of our country’s innovation, what makes great contributions to carrying out the strategy of innovation and promoting development. Based on the enterprise life cycle theory and the idea of "symbiosis" which has been used in the biology, my paper regards the collaborative innovation system as a whole symbiosis system, describes the symbiosis members and what kind of symbiosis analysis, also symbiotic environment in the different life cycle phase. According to my paper, the enterprise that in different life cycle stages that has different symbiotic modes through collaborative innovation with universities and scientific institutions. This research makes a contribution to the development of the theory of collaborative innovation. In the other hand, it provides valuable reference and practical values.My paper based on enterprise life cycle theory, collaborative innovation theory, and symbiosis theory, uses three elements of symbiosis theory to analyze the enterprise cooperative innovation of different life cycle stages, use symbiotic members analysis enterprise how to choose scientific institutions and universities as innovation members, use symbiotic relationship analysis what kind of symbiotic relationship between enterprises and universities or research institutions, use symbiotic environment analysis the surrounding environment how to affect the enterprise cooperative innovation. Then use Logistic model based on the empirical research, put forward suggestions and countermeasures for our country enterprise cooperative innovation, form life cycle theory and symbiotic thought. Get the following conclusion: enterprises of different cycle stages have different collaborative innovation modes with universities and scientific institutions; enterprises of different cycle stages have different ideas of how to choose collaborative innovation symbiotic members, symbiotic mode, and symbiotic environment.
