Studies Of Public Administration Under Grazing Herdsmen 'income Policy Environment Issues

Since entering the new century, the whole district of Inner Mongolia implemented withdrawing from grazing to restore the grassland project, which has achieved great progress in restoring grassland ecology, and transforming the mode of development on animal husbandry. Due to the influence of many factors, such as the conditions of natural environment, the formulation and implementation of the policy, the level of industrialization, the changes of market price, and the structure of the herdsmen knowledge skills, herdsmen encounter many problems in respects of income under grazing prohibition policy, which has bad influence on the effect. Based on the implementation of grazing prohibition policy, the paper takes Alxa Zuoqi as an example, the paper comprehensively analyzes the various factors influencing the herdsmen’s income-increasing to provide certain suggestions in promoting the herdsmen’s income.
