With the acceleration of economic globalization and technological globalization,technological innovation has become a driving force and source of enterprisedevelopment and competitiveness improvement. As businesses occupy all theintellectual resources required is difficult, so the Institute, University and Researchalliance which can make effective use of Institute, University and Research of scienceand technology resources becomes an important way to promote the enterprisetechnology innovation. The technological innovation enterprises because of itscharacteristics of high-input, high-growth has remarkable advantage in the Institute,University and Research alliance.
