Research On The Effect Of R D Investment Strategy On The Stability Of Industry-University-Research Institute Alliance From The Perspective Of Knowledge Capability

Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology as well as the intensive market competition,enterprises are becoming eagerer for the new knowledge and technology.A new form of strategic cooperation used by industry-iniversity-research institute Alliance(IURA)to enhance the new energy level and competitive strength has significant advantages and charm,and its stability is an important prerequisite for achieving the strategic goal for IURA.In order to overcome the technical problems and achieve sustainable development,IURA is constantly upgrading.The alliance of cooperative development model is conducive to the promotion of the overall innovation strength.However,at present,IURA is facing many problems such as short term,poor performance and high failure rate.Improving the stability of IURA has become an urgent problem.On the basis of the researches about the stability of IURA,this thesis is themed with both innovation subject and auxiliary subject to explore the stability of IURA.The stability of IURA is mainly affected by the market,economy,policy and intellectual condition,these external factors.And the internal influences are opportunism,contract and intellectual ability.Also,the stability especially lies in strategic behavior of R&D investment,innovation gains and so on.On this basis,this thesis establishes an evolution game model between the two innovative subjects,and discusses the influence mechanism of R&D investment decision and IURA stability.Through the analysis of evolution path and simulation,appropriate cognitive distance between the innovative subjects is conducive to IURA in the long run.The better the IURA member's creation ability has,the lower the tendency of opportunism will be.Innovative subjects need to re-examine the R&D investment strategy and absorptive capacity,and the research should focus on the key technique problems instead of knowledge spillover and extra income.And it will be more conducive to the construction of mutually beneficial relationship.The analysis also shows that a reasonable allocation plan of innovation gains between innovative subjects in the alliance is the crucial factor of the maintenance of alliance stability.In addition,on account of government's supervising and regulating,guiding and adjusting as well as the policy incentives during the running of the IURA,the government was introduced according to the "triple helix model",establishing the three main evolution game model to discuss the improvement and development of the safeguard mechanism of IURA.The simulation results show that the government can promote the stable running of IURA by the mechanism of financial support,audit assessment and punishment restriction.
