However, becausedue to the industrialization of China has not yet quantified the production capacity ofCDT need through the foreign imports to meet domestic market demand. To this end,China’s chemical industry, manufacturers want to produce CDT through years of research tochange the status imported， but now due to no production experience to produce againdue to the lack of a successful production experience, there is a certain lack of the staffmanagement, raw materials procurement and equipment used to maintain, directlyaffect the CDT industrialization pace of development in our country.XX company is a chemical company to provide users with the CDT product,the company from the early stages of construction to now has been using to theISO9001quality management system which plays an important role in the operationof quality management, but the daily operation of quality management and productquality control has very different points, resulting in the low qualified rate ofcompany’s daily operations and the product problems of higher cost of production,quality management in product quality control has certain gap.Quality control management system is an important means of modern enterprisequality management. This article is to improve product quality control issues, basedlow status of qualified products of XX company，This article referd to the ISO9001,ISO1006and other relevant standards, as well as product quality management, qualitymanagement and lean field of chemical technology and other aspects of literature,quality control the actual case management theory and successful companies at homeand abroad to analyze the company’s existing quality management system and find thecause of the problem and to improve and develop the original quality controlmanagement system， at the same time to develop security measures implemented tolay a solid foundation for the rapid development of enterprises.
