The increasingly open in the market today, the five core elements of the fierce competition ofthe modern market for variety, quality, price, service and delivery. The twenty-first Century is thecentury of quality, the key of success lies in the quality and technology, nowadays, more and moreenterprises have been aware of the core elements of technology, quality management level as thecompetition between enterprises, is one of the core competitive ability is the most important, is themost effective weapon to occupy the market. Enterprises to survive and develop, the importantpoint is to produce high quality products, to meet the changing needs of users, only to let thecustomers satisfied, can eventually succeeded in occupying the market. Product qualitymanagement of enterprises has become a crucial part of the development process. Long-term since,how to improve product quality, strengthen quality management, has become the subject of eachenterprise is worth.In order to obtain the competitive advantage in the fierce market competition, SinopecZhenhai Refining&Chemical Company (ZRCC) need to improve the quality management of itsproducts. Based on the theories related to quality management as the research foundation, from thepractical work, analyzes the existing problems in the management of ZRCC quality, In this paper,the use of total quality management, six sigma management and other management theory, productquality management system combining the ZRCC, the improved scheme is put forward a series ofaspects of quality management, through the improvement of the improved scheme, product qualitymanagement system the ZRCC can establish more comprehensive, more standardized, moreefficient, thereby improving quality management company product in the end.
