BC Company Product Quality Management Improvement Research

In the context of excess coal production capacity,with the environmental pollution problem getting worse,customers request a higher demand for coal quality.It is very important for the coal enterprises and stakeholders to reduce coal mining and use cost,improve the quality of coal products and reduce the pollution of coal.For a long time,the extensive management model of coal enterprises pay attention to production and contempt for quality has been unable to adapt to the requirements of the new situation.When the country push supply-side reform forward,it is an important means of coal enterprises respond to market risk,that enterprises improve the production process,enhance the quality control in the whole quality formation process and produce coal products which the quality is better than the other competitor's.According to the above analysis,this article is based on the theory of Juran trilogy and total quality management,analyses all-sidedly on the situation of quality management in BC company.By studying the relevant data and information,according to existing problems,such as lack of quality control source,over-reliance on quality unit,poor quality information,the article give some improvement ways and make safeguards from quality education and incentive in order to ensure implementation of the program.Most quality theory does not apply to the coal industry,some exploring research work about how to combine the quality management theory with the production practice of coal enterprises have been done in the paper.The purpose of this paper is to improve the problem of the quality management in BC company,help to improve the level of product quality management,create competitive advantage and deal with market risk.This paper can also offer some references to the quality management for other similar enterprises.
