The Study On The Effect Of Industrial Structure Change On The Population Urbanization In Jilin Province

With the continuous development of the social economy and the deepening of reform and opening up, China’s industrial structure changes gradually accelerating pace, while urbanization has become China’s major issues. Population urbanization is one aspect of urbanization, industrial structure and urbanization is the key factor matters whether regional economy develop sustainable and healthy.This paper studies the changes in industry structure will affect the populaion urbanization in Jinlin Province, and then describes the problems of industrial structure and population urbanization in Jilin Province during development. At the same time,this paper summarizes the impact on the population urbanization of the industrial structure, and then gives the conclusions and targeted policy recommendations aimed at promoting promote the optimization and upgrading of urbanization and population structure of the industry in Jilin Province.Firstly, this paper elaborate the scholars’theories related the industrial structure and population urbanization, including the industrial structure, theories and ideas urbanization and the impact of the former on the latter, then summaries the views of all the scholars and found that upgrading of industrial structure play a significant role on promoting development of the population urbanization. Secondly, using the data analysis elaborated the status and the issues features of the industrial structure and development of population urbanization,from which found that in terms of the overall industrial structure from the past "secondary industry, primary industry, tertiary industry" structural into "secondary industry, tertiary industry, primary industry", and there is a certain bias of the industrial structure and employment structure in Jilin Province. Where the primary industry declined, the proportion of secondary industry output growth fluctuating level of tertiary industry development is relatively low. Population then was artificially high level of urbanization phenomenon, and slowdown. Which also affected the industrial structure of the population urbanization on a qualitative analysis, the influential role of the former on the latter from a combination of empirical and theoretical perspective.Thirdly, the correlation analysis carried out both quantitative and further stepwise regression selected the most significant impact of urbanization industrial structure incentives. Leading to the conclusion The primary industrial output declined,and the labor productivity of primary industrial is low, there is surplus labor to be transferred to non-agricultural sectors.The secondary industry’s development is unstable and inclined to develop heavy industry. The ability of secondary industry to absorb labor is poor.The tertiary industry in Jilin Province have greater potential to absorb labor, is to promote the effective power of the city’s population, but the overall low level of development and to attract potential new services workforce to be tapped.Finally, after the industrial structure in Jilin Province and the population of the city of qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper makes the following recommendations:moderate liberalization household registration policy, enhance the ability to absorb non-agricultural labor force; adjustment the industrial structure reasonable and emphasis on the development of new services; promote the flow of talent, enhance regional development; emphasis on the carrying capacity of resources efficient use of resources.
