Jilin Province Urbanization Research On The Influence Of The Agricultural Modernization

Jilin Province as a major agricultural province and the country’s major production province, it’s agricultural modernization level is not high. In recent years,the overall economic growth rate of Jilin province is in a downward trend.Urbanization is important to the economic development of Jilin Province, especially in the process of agricultural modernization and it is an important source of China’s economic growth in the future. Jilin province must carry on the thorough research and Analysis on the relationship between urbanization and agricultural modernization in the process of agricultural modernization as an important province has food output and output to find the best mutually promoting development path.The paper bases on the related theory of economics, the promoting effect of urbanization on the development of agricultural modernization as the main line of research, thinking about how to maximize the positive interaction between urbanization and agricultural modernization, Analyzing the restriction of urbanization in Jilin Province on the development of agriculture. From the rural surplus labor transfer, agricultural system reform and changes, the development and innovation of agricultural technology and industrial structure upgrading three aspects to study.Mainly found the following four questions:(1) The capacity of urban population carrying limits the rural population real urbanization and urban space layout and feeding ability decide the transfer of rural labor force cost.(2) The industrial structure of the city determines the demand of labor resources in the urban labor market which will affect the labor force in rural areas.(3) The urban household registration system and social security system and other institutional factors affect the urban identity of migrant workers.(4) The agricultural technology level, the level of industrial development of urbanization, the market and the demand of the city could determine the success or failure of the introduction of the rural enterprise management model.Based on how to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization, this paper puts forward some suggestions from threeaspects of industrial structure optimization, urban spatial layout optimization and production factor flow. The optimization of industrial structure mainly involves the choice of new type of industrialization, the construction of agricultural modernization and the promotion of the development of service industry; Urban space layout includes urban system construction and improve the radiation effect of the town; The flow of production factors should focus on the reform of household registration system, the reform of land system and the construction of rural financial service system.This paper carried out in-depth consideration in Jilin Province as example of the relationship between development of urbanization and modernization of agriculture.However the factors that affect the agricultural modernization are numerous. This paper is limited to the length of the analysis only from the perspective of urbanization is not comprehensive. At the same time, this paper only analyzes the current situation of Jilin Province and the study sample does not represent the other provinces and cities in the country. It probably one-sided about the relationship between urbanization and agricultural modernization. Another part of the statistical data is not available will inevitably affect the accuracy of the research.
