The Study Of Urbanization Spatial Transition About South Of Jiangsu Province

South of Jiangsu Province has maintained the rapid development of urbanizationmomentum in the last three decades. Meanwhile,the urbanization of South of Jiangsu isalso facing shortage of land, spatial spread, environmental issues and urban-ruralsplit.The reason is that we simply study space based on space, ignoring the problems ofurbanization is a major regional development, and the realization of urbanization spacetransformation is our urgent task.Where the spatial structure of urban transformation to be, which way to drive thetransformation of the new force,what the required to achieve the transformation ofnature,is the three questions this paper need to answer.The urbanization spacetransformation must be adapted to the needs of urban development and urbantransformation stage.This paper is mainly based on regional perspectives, research urbanization spacetransformation, industrial transformation, content planning, regional coordinateddevelopment of urban and rural integration, such as the concept of urban space beingdefined spatial transformation of urbanization new meaning, a detailed analysis ofurbanization space restructuring, restructuring and related industrial space spacetransformation.The study shows that a balanced, multi-center and intensive spatial structure is a newtrend of urbanization development; innovation cluster is a new driving force for industrialspace Urbanization transformation; build space is an essential requirement associated withurbanization space transformation.Based on theoretical and empirical analysis, we propose to build a balancedurbanization spatial structure in South of Jiangsu; build a urbanization industrialinnovation space; build a urbanization associated space, taking a new road of urbanization with characteristics of South of Jiangsu.
